The yoga course incorporates fun warm-up activities, yoga postures to stretch and strengthen the body, breathing techniques and relaxation to harmonize the mind, body and breath.

About the tutor:
The yoga class will be led by Cath Campbell who has been trained as a Sri Sri Yoga teacher by the Art of Living Foundation, an international and humanitarian organisation. She has practiced yoga for over 20 years and has been teaching yoga since October ast year.
Students should bring their own yoga mat.
